In SL Prepatch, you have to finish him off with your pandaren dragonling. But it still works.

Easy 2 pet fight with Lil Bling (2,1,X) and Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling (1,2,2)

1: Inflation
2: Continues
3: Continues
4: Blingtron Gift Package (If it misses then restart - 50% chance) (Lil Bling dies)
5:Thunderbolt
6:Decoy

From here on just prioritize Thunderbolt and you win. Might need the help of a 3rd pet if you have terrible breath RNG with the Dragonling.
