Turn 1 is explained fine - If Bashful isn't going to die on the Puppies of the Flame's first go-round, swap to Newsy.
Turn 2. You'll want to load Newsy's Pump - Puppies of the Flame's second round.
Turn 3. This is Puppies of the Flame's last round, so I used Stoneskin. Shell Armor would also be a great option here just in case Blazing Yip crits on Sizzle's attack on Newsy.
Turn 4. This is the round Sizzle will use Inferno Herding, so we want to force them to bring Newsy back in by swapping in our lowest-health pet. If Bashful is alive, this will likely be them. If Bashful is already dead, you'll want to bring in your spare Critter.
Keep in mind, Rematch will NOT pay attention to health restrictions (at the moment). You'll want to make sure your pet #3 has more health than Newsy so you can properly implement the swaps on Sizzle.
With that said, I would even take the > 1400 further to 1500, just to mitigate any issues with crits. My first time around, I had this problem where Bashful was still very much alive, and because of crits my spare critter had less health than Newsy, so I had no way to really do the swaps properly.

I have picked up Shell Armor for both Bashful and Newsy and modified the strategy to make it more reliable, Bashful now only has to hit 2 out of 3 hits against Stumpers' 25% dodge chance instead of 2 out of 2.
